Sign Up Offer

Upon sign up, you will be issued with a Promotion Code to redeem the discount. The Promotion Code is available for new individual bookings. The Promotion Code is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of sign up to the HX newsletter “Offer Period”.

Customer will receive an additional discount of USD 220 per cabin when booking over the phone via our Contact Centre when entering the Promotional Code at time of booking during the Offer Period.

When making a booking via the Contact Centre you must quote the email address used to sign up to the HX newsletter as well as the Promotion Code.

The Promotion Code applies to all cabin categories. The Promotion applies to valid Tour Codes and only to Tour Code components (including voyage and local domestic flights). Promotion does not apply to optional excursions, pre/post tours, insurance, additional hotel accommodation, transfers, international arrival and departure flights, and arrival and departure packages.  Represents a saving on the “From” price quoted, based per person and on full occupancy of cabin. Other restrictions may apply.

The following pricing and promotions are excluded from and cannot be combined: Tour Operator pricing and promotions (where an agent is packaging the HX cruise / components) and third-party Travel Agent brand promotions, Price Promise, special pricing or loyalty schemes.

Bookings created prior to this promotion that wish to access the new benefits of this offer will have to cancel existing booking and make a new booking. Bookings that are cancelled shall be subject to prevailing cancellation charges.

Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, a change in applicable law or any other factor beyond Promoter's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of this promotion, as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion.

Promoter reserves the right to correct errors or omissions and to adjust all fares, fees, offers and surcharges at any time prior to booking. Promotion is time-limited and subject to availability.
